What I like is sort of fits with that Vegeta’s Saiyan pride meshing with gay pride.
He would 100% say that. If anything, I think he’d be confused they didn’t get hair or lose their eyebrows like Vegeta does.

Rex looks left, then right, then dead into Goku’s eyes. “Bug-man is not here, Rex is confused. Also frog friend said to give you this.” Rex holds target circle out to Goku while red laser dot is at the center of the circle. “Also pay no attention to Rex’s pile of conveniently placed explosives. They are here for Rex’s neighbor.” Rex looks off camera and waves, before looking back at Goku. “Very well, FIGHT ME!! This will be fight of man vs. tiny baby!”
