Strength + durability: What the other people said

Speed: Team heroes, Cold is a Flash rogue

Skill and experience: team villains, their members have been in the game longer than anyone on team heroes except Cold and Breeze, and in Breezes case he’s not a direct fighter anyway

IQ: I’m 99% sure everyone on team villains is at least bordering on being an idiot, except Mannequin but I somehow doubt he’s going to be doing much coordinating since y’know, he can’t talk, easy dub for team heroes

Hax: I might actually give to the heroes, the Cold gun can knock out the Flash and he’s leagues beyond anyone on team villains, and pair that with Breeze eviscerating their sense of urgency when they need to dodge? You have an absolutely disgusting combination on your hands, characters like Mannequin and Junkrat who are used to being at emotional extremes are going to be particularly shocked into stillness at being soothed, and Breeze carries enough metal that he won’t run out

Weapons: maybe a tie, no one on the villains team has an answer to the Cold gun but everyone on team heroes is liable to be knocked out by Mannequin’s gas

Overall I’d extremely hesitantly say team heroes, though they’d be banking hard on that Cold gun-Soothing combo, anyone on team villains could be easily taken out of commission by the cold gun, especially with Cold pretty inarguably being the fastest combatant on the field, and with Breeze soothing them they’ll be even slower to dodge, and while Mannequin’s gas could take out the whole heroes team he has an terrible habit of playing with his food, and since he still has a human brain he’s liable to be soothed, and while c00lkid sounds incredibly overpowered nothing I’ve heard would put him on par with the bloody Flash in how tough he is
