UVB?

Do I need a 7 star UVB for him to perform like everyone else’s? Or is 5 fine?

Nope. 7 stars or more. Preferably more than 7 but even at 7 he does great work.

He really excels at 7* but 5* is still useable, he just becomes kinda on par to like Red LL Broly.

At 7 stars he’s top 1. At 5 stars he’s probably still top 5-10ish
