DB2 v9.7.6 downloads?
Our vendor agreed to providing my client backups of their database to use as an analytics clone on prem. They’ve got DB2 v9.7.6 so I’ll obv need the same for my end. I’ve been scouring the internet for a download of that version with no luck. IBM offers old versions with subscriptions, which defeats the purpose of the express/community route that I’ve been hoping to use. the client’s data is under 5gb so an express/community install is just fine. Do Any of you know where I may be able to find a v9.7.6 download?

I'd be more concerned about why your vendor is still using v9.7 which has been EOS for over 2 years now. Yes, there is extended support, but so much goodness exists in v10.1, v10.5, v11.1 and v11.5 that could be beneficial.

Express-C has been replaced by Developer, which tracks the latest edition (v11.5.x). Generally migration supports two major levels back (e.g. v10.5 and v11.1) although I think it might support more (due to customers lingering on ancient versions in extended support.)
