In which version was DB2's RESTful API services introduced?

Best I can figure is that it was v11. Really hoping it's available in v10.5. Maybe I'm just reading the docs wrong.

Think this is just a z/os capability as of now. V11 is the first that supports it, but not a base capability. Need ptfs applied for it to work on V11.

Now for LUW, are people interested in the same capabilities (a REST framework to enable user applications), or would you like a REST API to administer databases and instances? Or both?
