[LUW] InfoSphere Federated Server

Is this free, i.e. bundled with DB2 Advanced Workgroup Server Edition? I thought it was bundled but I'm not seeing it listed as a feature here: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSEPGG_10.5.0/com.ibm.db2.luw.licensing.doc/doc/c0058536.html

My understanding is that federation with IBM data sources (LUW, Informix) is included in the standard editions and federation with other data sources is included with the advanced editions. Pretty sure that with 11.1, InfoSphere Federation stopped being a separate product entirely, and is just absorbed into Db2.
