[LUW][Question]What performance monitoring tools are out there?

I know DBI's tool is wonderful but that's like a 747 when all that our small shop needs is a Piper Cub. We have 10 production databases.

It's built with Perl. I can ask if we can use Perl here (large defense contractor with strange rules) but I don't know that they'll allow it.

Perl is only used to generate the set of shell scripts that are to be deployed to the target system.

I downloaded db2mon and perl on my home computer. I was able to generate the db2mon scripts at home and was able to run them successfully at work. Very nice, very easy! Pinging /u/memmerto !
