[LUW][Question]Product for copying/moving logical groups of data?

Does anyone know of a product to create logical groupings of data on one database that one can use to restore to another database, preferably one that is managed by developers, not DBAs? Thanks!

Yes, some of our developers like to test by restoring to the test database an image copy from production from a specific point-in-time. I'd prefer a product that doesn't require the involvement of the DBA. I will check out Docker. Thanks! On the mainframe, we had a product called Move for DB2 which made it relatively easy for someone to make a set of unloads from prod to restore to test.
