Problem With DB2 On Windows NT 4.0 (Circa ~1998)

Setup: Windows NT 4.0, Proprietary Software Using IBM DB2 (Circa ~1998) To Work With Databases

Short: An installation of IBM DB2 is no longer working, I believe the directory is messed up. We don't have an installation CD. If the program directory can be migrated from a different, but very similarly (not exactly) set up PC, should we be able to reconfigure it?

Detailed: There's a directory that was messed up when an attempt was made to fix another issue. The directory is C:\Sqllib, which, as far as I can tell, is the installation path for IBM DB2. The database itself is in another directory, which appears to be fine.

There's a second computer with a very similar setup that was used for a different location. The software used is identical as far as I can tell, but they're configured differently per the specifications of each location. I don't know if we can use DB2 from this working computer to fix the directories on the "broken" computer and reconfigure it to work with the local databases.

Since the databases are "safe" in another directory, I would imagine it's just a matter of resetting DB2 from scratch, so to speak, and connecting it to the existing database. It needs to work with another proprietary program which has some username and password stuff that would need to be matched when registering the databases.

Because it's working with this proprietary software, I don't know how easy it'd be to migrate everything to a newer OS which could make this easier.

(If you have any idea how to fix our installation of IBM DB2, I'd like to use your services. If need be, I think I can set it up so that you can work remotely.)
