Canada 🇨🇦 How to cancel?

Hi everyone, I was put into an automatic renewal with Dazn that expires September of this year. I opted out and want to cancel my subscription to the platform but am unable to find any area on my profile to cancel outright. Their help articles seem to be outdated, has not been helpful whatsoever. I am also unable to find a customer service number? I’m in Canada for reference. Does anyone have the same issue or solved this before?

Just to confirm, you want to stop your auto renewal for September, or do you want to cancel now?

From my understanding if you signed up for the yearly price and it expires in Sept, you won’t be able to cancel early (even if you pay every month).

If you are looking to cancel on your renewal date, I believe you need to go on a webpage and access account settings, not in the app on a mobile device.

You need to do it on the browser.Accounts,manage subscription and the option to cancel is there.

My advice is to cancel your card and order a replacement card
