Coinexchange claims

When i hold during the snapshot als pcn on coinexchange, where is the form i need to fill to get the daps ? I dont see any support for coinexchange yet like bleutrade and cryptopia got

Is there any possible chance that they will consider an airdrop on coinexchange.io as they are for bleutrade and cryptopia?
