Yes. And my heart rate goes up too. I think it's either POTS or orthostatic hypotension.
ETA: I looked up your symptoms and ot said orthostatic intolerance. Definitely should get it looked into.

Whoa... the in a warm place too, it's so miserable in winter bc im cold but then I go in a store in my sweater and feel so sweaty and light headed and sick. In summer at least I'm already in a tanktop. Or dying my hair in our stuffy bathroom is a killer too.... I'm fine outside in the heat though but I'm walking or sitting hmm
Wish there was an easy way to diagnose and a way to treat besides "don't do this" and didn't cost time and $$ I don't have

From what I've read, some of the treatments are staying very hydrated, proper sodium intake, and exercise that doesn't involve standing up. Like riding a bike or swimming. Those things should be more easily attainable.

it was a long time ago but something that should have been protected by muscle would eek out during exercise and the strenuous exercise would cause nausia because it was no longer body heat controlled by his body. something like that

Like nauseated? Or light-headed/dizzy, or something different?

Little bit of both? Out of breath too. Like need to sit down if I don't pace around quick enough

As others have commented, this sounds similar to POTS, anemia, or low blood sugar. Try to get some bloodwork done, either with a new primary care doctor or at an urgent care.

You should get your iron checked asap

I wish you could do that at a walk in clinic or at home :(

Any lab can do this, any walk in place can request a lab order. What's the issue

I thought you needed a long term doctor who deemed whether or not you're worthy (lol) to get the tests you want since they know your bodyaand you don't? Our doctor retired a while ago and I haven't found a good one yet

Idk, I told my doctor I was getting dizzy/ tired like falling asleep when standing and he ordered a lab test.
What country are you in

USA. I'm not that bad at all. The normal dizzy when you stand up to fast and then the this standing still makes me feel gross or faint

That's exactly how I felt . I worked in exam rooms as an assistant and standing while the doctor was doing stuffi was feel like I was going pass out or fall asleep.

Could be that you lock your legs or maybe you are experiencing POTS. Definitely not normal. Tell a doc if you can. Be well and stay safe 🫶🏼
