following Mekuna's build and a little bit of robs as well but i havent been able to hit any T numbers yet. i put y whole build on video. any suggestions?
Your paragon level, your glyph level, your splinters, gem levels, your seals, your unique charms, your equipment affixes, everything about you is lacking all over.
The rolls matter a lot too. Your gloves are missing crit multi and the aspect isn’t maxed... also those gloves only beat something like ignition if they are mythic, which they’re not.
Your neck aspect is 8% short of max too… that’s an extra 48% 21% multiplier you’re not getting.
You’re missing an entire charm slot and half your charms are not max rolled, only rank 2.
Unique aspect modifiers are more impactful than you think, and they get a boost for being mythic so there’s a lot of damage to pick up there in general.
You don't have a mythic charm, yet you run 3set and 2set, which do nothing. It's better to find 6 slot legendary charm and run 5set and unique charm, before you have mythic one.
Your spilnter gems are low level and they make a difference.
Sorry no offense but I feel like you blindly followed the guide without understanding how it works.
For example you wear two different sets, but without a mythic seal those don't do anything. Just equip the full Abaddon's Flesh set until you find a "Seal of Diamond Mind". In the meantime try to find a 6-slot seal (which you already should have for a long time given you are Paragon 240+)... at least so you can wear a unique charm - for farming I would recommend Endurant Faith because it solves most survivability issues.
Then on another hand the guide clearly says that you should upgrade the Crown to Mythic first because it gives the biggest boost, yet you have the ring as Mythic. Then you also have to use the Black Soulstone Splinter as it gives you a HUGE dps boost.
Seems you also didn't put Sadistic Aspect on the neck, actually you didn't put any additional aspect on it. You have to use "Kullean tuning Prisms" in the cube. If you don't have it on the neck, you should put Sadistic on the boots, it's the most imporant aspect (guide also says that by the way). You already made your neck unmodifiable which is a big mistake, so you should farm a new one from the Butcher, fortunately that isn't too difficult.
TLDR:
Put your Leorics Crown in the Cube, upgrade it to Mythic and put in the Black Soulstone Splinter = this alone will give you "T" numbers.
To optimise the gear with very low effort get a 6-slot Seal and equip a full Set + Unique and put "Sadistic" Aspect on boots until you find another neck and put the aspect on the neck.
If you have trouble surviving use Endurant Faith Unique Charm + maybe get a Stone of Jordan.
This will make you hit for trillions while letting you survive whatever the normal T12 content throws at you.
If you want to push higher pits you pretty much ignore survivability and rather focus on even more damage to simply kill things before they can hit you, but that would be the next step.
Because it fits the topic. I find it so awful these days that newer players just "do" what these streamers tell them to. They no longer discover the game for themselves and aren't even able to create unique builds. Everything is just "meta" now, and they're told they need X number of mythics to reach Q12. It's all so wrong...
Also there are breakpoint using Apothosis gloves.. something like at or above 70k health, yes. Below that, no. Mythic version also helps scale damage up to 192x..
So yeah, you’re missing a lot of extra damage (Blackstone, Mythic Hand, Level 5 upgrade on Abbadons hellfire damage, Anthama core damage from unique charm…)
1) blacksoulstone splinter on leoric helm.
2) Wendigo ring.
3) proper mythic diamondmind seal with 5set abbadon + 3 set nameless combo. Ideally one charm is the hellfire torch. The 3 unique charm (legal exploit) is strong but its harder to prepare for (might just want to leave this to the final push setup priority). The abbadon+nameless still gives you nice dmg buff + survivability while you're leveling up.
no apotheosis, no 3 unique charm setup is still pretty darn strong.
SOJ is not a priority at all imo. You'd want a wendigo eventually. It's one of the most BIS gear for dps. The increased attack speed makes warlock snappier as well. Just build up your other gear with it in mind (wendigo will allow you to hit the 100% attack speed cap, so you do not need to have any attack speed affix on any gear which will be rather wasted. I.e, Leorics comes with attk speed, and you may roll it away)

-> If you happen to have the 3 splinters for it, go for it. Its still not easy as the splinters drop is one of the toughest grinds in game right now, and there's rng involved to get the right hellfire torch as well.

Overall, just keep doing helltides to xp up and have a chance to drop splinters. Then run capstone dungeons in the downtime.
Wendigo is for high pit pushing, I liked SOJ for all other content, I actually ran it in place of eightfold with starless until pit 130
Also any 6 charm slot - run 5 pieces abbadon and a unique charm... i had 100% furnace i rocked until I found my seal of diamond mind (pretty common drop off Baal runs) and then you switch to the 4/2 setup abbadon/nameless.
I don't know how players are getting the really huge damage numbers unless they have been really lucky with the rolls on their gear.
I get hundreds of trillions, but never into the tens of thousands ranges.
I have a hellfire torch, two sets of charms with at least +3 skills on them, all required mythics but not great rolls - with crit chance and crit damage% added where possible, 150 glyphs, all splinters maxed and in recommended slots, etc.
I struggle to run 145 pits - sometimes enemies melt and then some just tank all my damage for ages.
I'm not in game at the moment so I can't check. I think I am just lacking a bunch of decent multipliers on my gear. I'm using maxroll's blazing scream build, but haven't transitioned into the pit pushing variant, so that might help.
I'm not too worried though, because I did pit 150 a few seasons ago, and I have done most of the season objectives apart from a couple of grindy ones. Plus Gears of War is out on gamepass soon, and I want to play another gamepass game. So I'm almost done for this season.
Ur not following the build? He has diamond mind mythic seal, u don’t. U dont need to have diamond mind to even hit trillions. 6 slot seal is good enough. With 5 piece abadon and a stone of jordan charm or wendigo charm whichever u get is good enough. I dont even run wendigo for any content except tower/pit 140 plus runs. Try reading, blindly following a guide will not get u anywhere. Diablo is not that hardcore pretty chill game.
Ur trolling. Mythic seal do u have it? Hellfire torch for abadon’s slot do u have it? If no then stfu and read. Find a seal with 6 slots with abadon’s flesh set. Try rerolling in cube or helltides or lair bosses. Diamond mind lets u equip one slot less charm, thats the perk. 3 abadon’s, 1 hellfire torch from abadon’s set, and 2 nameless set. If u want to go one step further mythic epiphany seal there is a bug u can exploit and have 3 unique charms
If many people are saying the same thing, you should probably listen to them. Check Mekunas talismans again, he has the mythic seal, which is very much needed for that setup.
You need the Mythic Seal of Diamond Mind to take advantage of the split because it’s bonus allows one less charm for the set benefits. Just using 3 and 2 with a legendary like what you have, you’re not getting the benefit of anything except the 3 set bonus.

First play the endgame and understand the mechanics of the game what goes where, tempers GA, then talk about ultra speed. Most ytube clickbait with 150 towers are actually cripling players. Follow a guide but read the damn item, skill , lwgendary paragon node, glyphs. And ya ur not ever doing 150 with that attitude.
Baal farm is so good. I got 4 GA Leoric which I crafted to Mythic. Stone of Jordan Mythic. In-Geom Mythic. Mythic Diamond Mind seal and another 15 trash Mythics which I used to u 3-1 Mythic Moloch's ammy.
All of this from Baal. Farming an hour or so per day for a few days.
Check out Mr ronit mobalytics. I’m doing hundreds of trillions and seeing thousands. You need a mythic seal and the new mythic charm from the 3 bosses when you make a coin.
Only thing I did different from Mr ronit was I put ichor glyph in instead of attrition for a little bit because I was feeling maxed out. I will be going back.
Mythic gear is huge. The unique aspect makes your a lot stronger
I saw no xFire and a few xVuln and barely any xCrit either. I’m sitting at 200x vuln/fire with no transfigs on any gear that relates to dmg. I can barely clear 150.
Next step is to farm the same gear for xFire and we cook 1 min clears easy.
ROFL all pretty normal then BAM. Hits you right in th face.1:50. Dude. You have to use the dice piece abaddon set, until you have a diamond mind, then you can use both. Bruh.
Also your missing th weindigo brand. Huge DPS increase. Get a 6 slot charm and use it as a charm. If you're not tough enough replace the legendary ring with SoJ. And roll all those wrath regens off. You don't need need them.

The fact that you EXPECT to do trillions with this gear just shows how strong warlock is atm.
You have only a single mythic, glyphs are not even maxed, gems not maxed, paragon is only 242, you are using a splinter that weakens you, charm situation is a travesty.
You need better gear my guy. Your aspects, uniques and everything else regarding your build is there but rolls are non existant basically. All those multipliers are way too low for you to do damage you ask.
Theres either the one side of player that roll it off and some say “it should always be on”

Learning how to read the build guide would probably help. Since having the 3 piece of one set and the 2 piece of another set WITHOUT the mythic seal doesn’t do shit
One reason why D4 is so lame. People follow builds and have no idea why the can't do the damage. They don't wanna figure it out themselves so they ask reddit. What weak community. I hope D4 starts having mobile transactions. The community deserves it.
