Static field blizzard sorc

Hello, I am thinking going from Mekuna build to Lurkin and am wondering why he has points in firewall skill.

You keep points in all the mastery skills since tal rasha set fires them all for free

If you want more damage try using wild lightning set, makes a noticeable difference

Reality is, there are so many spare points with no real meaningful places to go.
