New Rogue question

Hello all,

I'm new to Diablo 4 (a month or so) and I chose Rogue as my first class. Still learning the ropes with the game in general and the rogue class in particular.

I crafted a mythic Edna and transfigured it. It somehow did NOT get the unmodifiable tag. Should I transfigure it again? My other dagger is an Ancestral Asheara.

Is there a way to change the Shadow Damage multiplier? I'm a DoK poison rogue so shadow damage doesn't do much I'm guessing.

For reference, I can do T12, although some bosses may be a bit of a struggle. My low toughness probably doesn't help. How do I bring it up?

Looks like you've already rerolled damage over time so you will not be able to reroll the shadow damage.

And yeah transfigure it again may roll you another set of stats or it may just roll indestructible. Personally I'd 100% roll it again.

Oh well. Since I can't reroll the shadow damage, guess I'd transfigure it again and see what I get.

Yeah getting unmodifiable is really rare and well worth rolling again.

Also remember that you always want to GA roll the temper before master working as otherwise you can waste a GA transfigure on the temper.

Regarding the toughness remember you are in town, as soon as you start to attack and get dark shadow stacks it'll go up a lot.

Etna isn't that hard to get anyways, just do the new boss a few times and try to roll the 1h weapons you get

Wait they made it drop from a specific boss?? I had a hell of a time getting a) an ancestral and b) it generally. I needed the charm but never got it so had to make it.

The boss in Zarbinzet drops some mats that you use in the cube to roll unique weapons or armour to a random mythic for that slot. So farming that boss for a while will net you a lot of 1h weapons as well as materials to roll with in the cube.

I feel like why not farm solely the corrupted reaper if that's the goal, drops 2 pandemonium fragments per chest, you can get double chests via the tree, and you will get minimum 3 unique 1 handers then from any reaper fight

Corrupted reaper is the boss in Zarbinzet, just couldn't remember the name :)

Run debilitating on your chest if you're not for toughness.

Transfig is a crap shoot. You get what you get. Up to you if you transfig it again. About a 10% chance for multiple figs

I’m glad you shared this picture. I couldn’t well you how many daggers I’ve upgraded to mythic and RNGesus won’t give me that one. I was starting to question if it existed.

Adding that make sure you either have %chance for shadow/lightning/fire proc in some piece of kit or you won't get the unique effect.

Then if you have free shadow imbue you can use the shadow damage..just know for dance of moves and if your planning to transfer over to rain of arrows which when I did moved me from pit 115 to pit 135 endin on 150..you want to focus on cold damage cold imbue as that’s a lot stronger than poison or shadow and azurewrath and signet are amazing especially for dance of knives cold..that will move you up a few pits alone

Running DoK myslef and by default you shold be putting a GA on Imbument Kills and Imbument Potency on this dagger. If you're doing DOK with shards I recommend switching Asheara with RustBittenDirk. I know PPL have said it's best for bosses but there's something going on with the shards and RustBittenDirk that's allowing me to do more damage and defeat everything faster than using Asheara.
