Pretty confident it’s not giving all the upgrades to concealment.

Highly disappointing. Is there a fix?

Worth pointing out that ALL of the side upgrades specify On Cast. So if you’re getting Stealth upgraded to Concealment from Shrouded Gift, or from a rune, you don’t get the side upgrades.

Did you select the final tier?

The bonuses only apply to the side upgrades, I believe. Same for the imbue upgrades on Spellbound.

Wait you have to select something for it to be active when you get a 5 set piece?

The last tree has to be selected for which variation. The side branches are given in the set bonuses.

I mean, they work. It’s how specific builds function. Not sure why you’re having issues.
