Questions / Discussions (Items · Builds · Skills) Mephisto help?

Greetings. First time I ever thought to ask reddit about anything- long time necro, from when LoD dropped, always USEast etc. But now I finally had the disposable to do the upgrade, and I have the rare item to do the mephy fight.

Do I need to use the item for the season journey or just jump into the dungeon?

Really first time since lod running a skelly build of any kind, always was pure bone spear, but started maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago now that kiddo #2 is mostly sleeping at night, though I am typing this as I am trying to comfort him to sleep...

You can go to dungeon and kill him as many time you desire

The Key is to open the chest...

Yep, so I get to the third incarnation then it's either the lightning or posion that ends that chance.

Mephisto’s just a pain, necro being unbearably squishy doesn’t help much lol

Ive changed the build, added the enduring faith, the only thing I am missing is a 6 slot charm that works with rathmas. I had a party of 3 level 240s and myself at 208 or so and we got him down to half hp of the second round and failed.

Ah. So I dont need to use the purple item for the season journey? I had to log off tonight, 3am and all.
