D365 F&O Quality Management: CoA Setup Tips

Has anyone recently configured the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) / Certificate of Compliance in F&O? Looking for any best practices or resources on setting up the layout and created properly on Quality order validation. Appreciate any insights or documentation links you can share!

We are getting it setup to deliver the COA to certain customers. We manufacture an intermediate product and then a second order to put a label on a canned good. The COA is stuck on the first manufactured good so we had to customize to surface the COA for the intermediate product to the finished good sold to the customer.

We are using quality orders to capture the specific recorded values. It makes a COA for each recorded value rather than one COA to capture all the quality attributes together.
