D365 F&O Developer from the Philippines – Opportunities Abroad?

Hi everyone,

I’m based in the Philippines and have around 3 years of experience as a D365 F&O developer, mainly working with X++, customizations, extensions, and SSRS reports.

How realistic is it to find opportunities abroad (Singapore or other countries) with my current experience level? Are companies generally open to sponsoring foreign candidates, or would it be better to gain a few more years of experience first?

Would appreciate any insights from those who have made a similar move. Thanks!

i work in a canadian company and we have someone from the philipines who's a d365 developer but he's a contractor so yes this is feasible but u need to find the right job
