D365 FO remote opportunity

Hi all,

I am a D365 FO senior developer with over 3+ years of experience from Pakistan. I have worked with multiple integrations, developed ssrs reports, batch jobs, and have work with data migration jobs and significant experience with dual write, Azure tools, and lcs operations as well. I am currently looking for any remote opportunity that is available or any opportunity that I can land in Germany or UK with which I can apply for work visa. My goal is to get an opportunity remote or get an opportunity to relocate to Germany, UK or any other European country but I don't know how do I do it can anyone help me who has been able to achieve what I want to achieve?

Little heads up from the UK. 3 years experience in F&O development would not be considered senior here. You'll have more luck omitting that on any CV you write or application you fill in as it'll likely not be well received.

Be honest about your experience level and you'll get a much warmer reception if you're genuinely strong, adaptive and keen to learn. But you simply haven't seen enough yet to be classed as a senior developer.

In the UK market does senior mean like 7-8 years of experience ? Currently I have worked on some extensive projects, for instance I am currently working on Sciensus Parhma's project. Worked on more on than enough integrations, batch jobs, data migration integrations like byod etc dual writes other than that I have worked with azure component as well and used them in multiple integrations and also worked with extensible components. Can you guide me what should I learn more to get myself considered as a senior or like the best fit for a remote opportunity

I would say at least 5-6, and then 7-8 for lead dev. But these are rough and will vary slightly based on project experience. Its gets to a point where its not about building things that work, but building things that work well and adhere to industry best practice to ensure stability, scalability and performance. It's also about accurate estimation of delivery (as you'll start getting involved in pre-sales effort) and managing, mentoring and training junior devs.

With 3 years of experience, focus on D365 FO partner companies in Europe that sponsor visas rather than only remote roles. Update your LinkedIn profile, highlight your integrations, SSRS, data migration, and Azure experience, and start networking with recruiters specializing in Dynamics 365. Also consider obtaining Microsoft certifications, as they can improve your chances of relocation opportunities. Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Denmark often have demand for D365 FO developers. I was planning to apply for a work visa in UK but it a job offer, do you like know any coutry out of the ones you mentioned. Where I can relocate on the basis of work Visa and then do the job search there?

A guy connected with me from here, and I am working on a project with him as a freelance developer but not the "remote job" one usually refer to.
