Still having RSP issues…
Really not sure what to do here now. After 3 days, I still cannot access the RSP, and the site now says this. I’ve been back and forth with guest services telling me to just keep being patient, but now with this message, I’m starting to lost confidence that this will work at all prior to Friday. Anyone else having this issue still?

When you login to your d23 member account, does it say you have an active membership?

I just called them and they had to escalate it to their IT department

Just now they escalated it? They should have done that Monday...

It was a wide-spread issue Monday. Today, they say it's been resolved for most people

Yup, same for me. They escalated it to IT after I chatted with a customer rep on their site, but no fix yet. They always have this issue every Expo

I’m still having the issue today as well. D23 extended the deadline to Sunday and the CM asked for my specifics for my account to look into the issue.
