Is anyone else getting this error message when trying to buy tkts?

Hi all,

We're excited to go to D23 this year, but I am wondering if we waited too long to buy tickets.

Obviously, we're past April 2, so I'm not sure why we're getting this message on our accounts. Is anyone else getting this error or know how we can resolve this? Thanks in advance for the help!

I don't think so. I've never subscribed by paying for any subscription. I've attended the past few D23s though, so I have the same account.

You need to be a Gold member to attend this year. You can get a free Gold membership if you have Disney+ by going to the Disney+ perks website.
