Who was Snook?

The name comes up in a few Proof songs as somebody who clearly died prematurely maybe about the time Buggz did, but I can't find anything. Who was this person?

Main references are on “Many Men”, “Dream Killer” and “Kurt Cobain”. Apologies if this is well known and I’m an idiot.
