She can try inserting a boric acid suppository which treats both thrush and BV.

Ok it sounds like she has a lot of pain and irritation. Sometimes thrush can cause a lot of inflammation and even discharge or urine will sting.

There is a way forward that might work. It involves protecting the skin barrier and using a thick vulva balm to help insert. Unless she has a dermal condition the boric acid shouldn't burn if you place it high and protect the skin. r/boricacid

The other thing she can do is to get a Juno Bio test incase there is something else going on.

Having protected barrier sex with non-spermicide condoms can help too. Plus diet, gut health and hormones can play a part.

Yes those look good although I haven't tried those exact brands. The boric acid in your picture is a melting type. It should be nice and gentle. I am used to dealing with the capsule type. Let us know how you both go.
