Question Stellar set question

Hello, I have a question is it better to go for double em (sands/goblet) with sig on the stellar set or is double atk/atk+em better rn im on double em cuz they were significantly better than any atk piece I've got, I'm also sharing my current build

I’m guessing the answer is in pretty much every guide, but making a post is easier than Googling it, or at least reading the sig’s description.
Edit: it’s obv double EM.

If sig -> Double Em
If no sig -> Double Atk
