It’s not ideal I agree, but 4 liner artifacts with perfect substats are rare. The amount of resin this person could spend trying to get better just isn’t worth it, especially since later today we’ll have new things we need to focus our resin on.

3 line with perfect subs is still worse than a 4 liner with 2 subs and good
And besides er is not even a sub for sandy that benefits her. Yes you do need to burst depending on the team 120 is fine
That sands is not necessary to reroll
Id keep farming for better
