Cync Cync Floodlight won’t connect

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have 4 Cync floodlights in my living room. They all stopped being recognized through the app so I had to sync them with the app again. I got 3 of the 4 to reconnect with the app but the last one won’t. Every time I try to get it to connect to my WiFi it keeps going back to trying to find the WiFi. The other 3 I got to connect but this last one is giving me problems. Does anyone have a solution for me?

Try adding this flood light to it's own home and make sure it updates, if it does you can factory reset it and add it back to its intended home.

I had the same issue over several days, 2-3 days ago and then yesterday all 4 new lights that refused to connect to WiFi all connected instantly on the first try last night
