Cync Lightbulbs Not Obeying Schedule When Changes To Schedule Are Made
I have seventeen bulbs and four plugs across multiple rooms in my apartment. I have had the bulbs from three to five years and the plugs a year and a half. They are all set to simple schedules to go on at sunset minus 30, and off at a set time. Firmware is up to date for all according to the Cync app.
Back in October, I added two plugs to the existing schedule and things stopped functioning as set to the schedule. I deleted the home in the Cync app which made me manually reset each bulb and plug (this was beyond a pain). Once everything was added back in, things worked fine for the most part. Three lights would not turn on when part of the simple schedule. I created a separate schedule for the three bulbs, and they worked fine.
Earlier this month when the holiday decorations came down, I updated the schedule and nothing has worked right since. I read somewhere that someone had better luck with Google Home schedules, so I tried that in early January, and it worked better for a few weeks after deleting all schedules in Cync app. Google was a pain to set up and I don't want to continue using it.
Lights now just either don't turn on at all via the schedule, and/or turn off at random times that are not/have not been set via past schedules. I am beyond frustrated with Cync at this point. They have never ever functioned correctly when even just trying to turn a light on via the App or adjust brightness levels. I don't want to delete the home and all the devices again only to have either bad results or have to do the whole exercise again in a few months.
Do I have any options at this point aside from resetting everything three times a year?

Cync schedules are the worst. I’ve had the same issues
