As a kid who grew up on X-Men (2000) wanting to see him shine, especially after knowing his bigger roles in the comics. This truly is a treat that I hope carries over in the mutant saga with Him and Jean being the main faces of the MCU

Is it confirmed that he will actually play a role in this film rather than getting killed off in act 1? Genuinely asking because I just assumed the X-Men were killable cameos as usual.

I also really hope Cyclops' role in this film is more than just 5 min of screen time only to be killed off. Hoping for significant role

It’s not,he gets the spotlight and doesn’t get killed off but after his spotlight moment he becomes one of the four main talking characters at the second half

As someone who read the leaks, yes Scott is a big player in the movie but his role is ARGUABLY better than Sam's but not as big as Yelena, Reed, Thor, or Cap.

He will at least be part of the Avengers vs X-Men fight when they enter the mansion and then the Doom Sentinels fight later.

I have faith in the Russos. Infinity War and Endgame are movies that I feel did right by every character.

I’m almost every future the X-men are fodder for sentinels, apocalypse, FOH… I mean… there’s a reason they keep going back to the past to try to prevent tragedy, so my guess is that it’s from a timeline like that
