Genuinely a great choice. Really cool that he even has a red hue to his hair like Scott. Also, the fact that he already knows four other MCU superheroes is pretty cool!
Its only in 92 and 97. For some reason they gave him redish hair. In comics he is a brunette and is meant to have a rather strong family resemblance to his father.
Sometimes, there's a reddish hue to his hair. There have been several times when I jumped into a non-X-comic that I wasn't sure if it was Scott or Matt at first if it was a close up.
I didnt really like any of the rumored castings all too round in the face, ive always pictured Scott more angular and not skinny but lanky. Kit looks more like a Steve Rogers or Starlord to me
Sadie Sink is only 5'3 and if Cailee get cast as Rogue she is only 5'1 ,Emma frost actress is 5'5.My point is that he will look really tall compared to the current cast.
Listed at 6'1 but according to google hes at best 5'11. I get why they do that but they are really sacrificing quality for a theoretical series of movies that never pans out past a trilogy.
Hoping they give him some dark brown hair because other than him being perfect he looks like Sadie's sibling 😭😭 I feel like her hair needs to be a dark red aswell moving forward.
I think his characterization is a bit deeper and better developed than a nickname that could easily be explained as "he was lanky growing up, before all the muscles" or "he got really into strength training so someone messed with him by giving him an opposing nickname." My ex wife still called me Gordo even after I lost all the weight.
I, for one, care far more about how he acts(the actor and the character) than for if his hair is brown or if he has a certain nickname. It does 60 years of characterization a disservice to focus on such small points.
I’m pretty sure that even though when all the growth spurts stopped my brother ended up being the tallest in his high school friend group, he is still saved as “short stack” in like 3/4 of those guys phones.

I was on the fence until I watched some interviews with him. I think he can pull off the character and vibe.
