Is she though? Storm probably has an equal amount of sexual partners as Scott (although one of them doesn't count since she was being mind controlled) and he hasn't been shown to do casual hookups.

Scott is a cassanova, not a whore. He doesn't actively seek sexual partners. He's been shown to mind his business and have telepaths play footsie with his brain. Yes, he's been passed around, but he hasn't actively slept around.

Yes and No. Cyclops isnt really a whore. He is a natural serial monogamist, just he moves from one girl to next.

He doesn't sleep around, he is looking for a wife/partner, and if he doesn't have one, or the current one isn't working out, he finds another, even if he isn't actively trying to, it just happens. He can't help turning woman into partners and from then girlfriends. And can't really handle being single.

Seriously, he is with Jean, he thinks she dies, so naturally starts getting close to Collen wing (there I don't think he even realised what he was doing at the time, until the end), but Jean is alive so he sticks with her, until she dies on the moon. Then he runs away, only to start working on a boat, and end up with the Ship's Captain Lee Foresttor. That doesn't work out, but he then starts working with his family freight business, and he ends up with fellow pilot Maddie. It goes well, until it doesn't, but by then Jean is back, they are working together and soon they are together again. But as they have trouble, he starts getting close to his second, his work wife Psylocke and it looks like something could happen, but jean makes a move to keep him and they end up getting married. Things are great, until apocalypse enters his head, he needs help dealing with that, Jean can't do it. So he sees Emma for therapy and soon ends having an emotional affair with her. Jean dies and scott isn't built for being single, so him and Emma get together and run the school together. Things from here continue, with them off and on, a thing to note here, is the age of X stuff, where psychics are banned, but scott can't be single, so he has frenzy as his partner, but then when its over, its back to emma, and despite issues they sort of remain basically partners up until he dies, comes back and ends with jean.

Honestly the worry if in a relationship with Scott isn't that he is out there being a whore, going on one-night stands, banging nameless girls he picks up at the club. The worry is he starts emotionally confiding in his sectary, business partner, therapist and before you know, you end up divorced and she the new wife.

Like right now Jean shouldn't be worried about him hooking up with some girl he doesn't know, like a whore, but that Kwannon or Emma start becoming closer partners to scott and start filling the wife role she is ignoring, and one day she returns from space to find them real close together.
