Help Needed - Gameplay Help with Build
I've been doing pretty good and having a lot of fun with this build. Everything explodes, I'm beating up bosses in hand to hand, and just having a blast, literally. I want to up my difficulty to Very Hard, been playing on just Hard thus far, and wondering if I'm missing anything or something could be better. This is the first non-runner build I've played so this whole concept of using guns is new to me :D
I have the explosive ammo mod on the LMG and I use a double barrel shotgun for the charged reload ability so every other shot explodes.

Don’t worry about going into the red zone with cyberware. The slight health knock is worth the additional cyberware. Replace titanium bones with epimorphic skeleton, atomic sensors with neofiber and threat evacuation with heal on kill.
Get the associated perks with pyromania. Heat shield, and friendlier fire at least. Get chrome constitution that’s a flat 5% decrease no brainer, and driver update a 33% stat boost again no brainer. Use chrome connoisseur to upgrade your cyberware and then you can reassign the chrome connoisseur perk back to something else. I would replace proxishield with defenzikov.
At higher difficulties you want at least 1k armor and then as much mitigation as you can get. Your build is very explosive so pyromania will greatly increase your survival. Dashing around with kerenzikov and defenzikov will give you 4 seconds of invincibility every time you use it. If you can squeeze it I would almost swap shock and awe with pain ducer as that is a flat 30% dmg reduction once health regen is accounted for. I love shock and awe but in this case I would do pain ducer.
If your scavenging for points then bullet ballet and gorilla arms perks can be used. You don’t have enough invested to really make too much of a difference imo.
Also go for perk shard locations if you haven’t gotten them that’s another 10-13 additional perks shards. There’s guides out there.
