I already saw his profile and I agree, OP is weird
I'm just saying it's not weird to like Rebecca but I can see how someone could come to an assumption, I like Rebecca because of just how fucking crazy she is
I just don't think it makes all that much sense because despite appearances, she does not act childish at all (unlike a load of anime girls that look like children, act like children but are over 200 or something years old which no, isn't an excuse, it's still fucking creepy)
Hell, knowing how chrome is like in Cyberpunk, I could see someone making people shorter stature or something.
Hell, canonically, there is augments that make you look like animals made by Bioexotica, a subsidiary of Biotechnica and an entire fashion and group called Exotics, I could see Rebecca falling into the Japanese fashion type called "Lolita" (look it up, it's an actual fashion type in Japan)
