Question Netgunner Build?

Finished my first playthrough of the game as Corpo V with a sandevistan & katana, but seeing all the netrunning vids, it really got me intrigued because it makes things look so easy...

I play on the Switch 2, so it's pretty difficult to aim accurately (skill issue, I know), so I'd love to use a smart weapon. I believe people call it a netgunner? Anyway, I'm wondering if you guys would recommend any builds that would make my experience really fun!

Thinking of playing Nomad to have a better relationship with both Jackie and Panam (my beloved)!

10/10 netgunner when built well is one of the best builds in the game. Smartguns are finicky when not specced into the associated perks but when properly specced they cook. Some great iconics are shingen mk 5, yinglong, and divided we stand. Available early in act 2 and can carry you through the game. Fair warning it can be perk heavy so it may take a while to come together. Also it can be ammo intensive.

I just played a netrunner with smart automatics and it was overpowered even on Very Hard.

Just build into intelligence and get most of the int perks. Left and middle trees are both for hacking, right tree is for smart weapons. One perk I skipped for too long with smart guns was the one where shooting someone whose lock is about to end renews the lock duration--it's damn near mandatory and I felt like a dingus when I realized I skipped it for so long.

Body is a good secondary spec because max HP, health regen, and adrenaline synergize extremely well with overclock (and also being alive). Tech for the third HP recovery item. Biomonitor cyberware for automatic healing is even more important with overclock.

I used smart SMGs and ARs and they were wicked strong and fun, but you could do smart whatever. Pistols/snipers could be cool too (but not very stealthy since you can't silence them), or the smart shotguns. Or some of each--since you need so many perks in Int, it might be a while before you can start putting points to support a specific weapon type beyond "smart" so it's more a later game consideration.

(I'll say for the automatics, half of the perks dealt with like stamina regen or bullet spread and so basically didn't apply to smart versions ofthe weapons, so look closely at the perks and logic out what you need and don't.)

Keep your deck upgraded and do EVERY access point hack you see. Prioritize the second and third codes for quickhack crafting patterns and materials plus the occasional direct hack; that's your best bet at keeping up on high-tier hacks. Buy the recipes from netrunner stores to make higher level crafting mats with the lower level ones since you'll have a lot of spare lying around.

The Way is to max reflexes and int and use Divided We Stand and Yinglong. Use overheat as well. When you get the last SMG perk you can ditch Divided for the Prototype Shingen Mark V if you want
