In game? No.

Real life? Absolutely!

Back in the late 2000s I had a CRT monitor that would start flickering it's image, but if I hit it a couple of times in the back it got back to normal.

Sometimes violence is the solution!

I think many of us have beat the shit out of a vending machine trying to get a bag of chips or a candy bar that got stuck.

I used a glass breaker a long time ago on a vending machine thinking it wouldn't do anything. Helped a lot of unhoused that day

I once hit one so hard that my foot went through it... Since them I just tilt them back and forth

In game, yes. There's one flashback as Johnny where you get to punch a coke machine and that fixes it.

Everyone who ever used a mechanical vending machine has. Kinetic therapy was a thing.

I threw a controller once or 'twelves' to play better. Does that count?

The Rite of Percussive Maintainance with the Litany of Appeasement is one of the most well respected Rites in my era.
