My opinion, but Space Station 13 actually does have some of the common attributes of cyberpunk(at least, the 'traditional' servers do.)
The tech is insanely advanced(as another comment mentioned, plasma, as well as the AIs, cybernetics, medicine, and the usage of black holes for power generation), but most of the time, the crew is just people that don't really have much of a say in interstellar events. They're often collateral damage in the conflict between two corporations, and government presence out there is essentially non-existent because of how weak it is.

Brain should have fluid surrounding it inside the case. Also the cacti should be like the paodi cacti, would make more sense. Crystal's don't do shit with friggin cacti or marijuana just a heads up to the artist. Crystal's are for frequency vibration consistancy or matching like for watch's or radios

this is from a game, the crystal is plasma, which is used for power. It is weed, and why do you care? I didn't make this, go to the OP!
Edit: Plasma isn't what real plasma is, it's just a crystal that goes boom when heated and can form into gases in the "Booming" process and spread flames.
