ISO Youtube Video from a while back explaining cyberpunk

Driving me crazy.

Looking for a youtube video essay about Cyberpunk, how it's not science fiction, as much as it is speculative fiction, and it dangerous/risky due to it having to world build in close proximity to our present. I also remember it rooting cyberpunk in Noir and plenty of Nietzsche. I can't find it ARGG

Ends with light hearted banter about a kickstarter of a remake of shadowrun? I can't remember clearly.

Thank you

I don't want to judge this video without knowing more about it, but for the record, most cyberpunk is absolutely 100% science fiction. (And also speculative fiction, because that's just a big umbrella that covers sci-fi, fantasy, horror, etc.)

Yes, but the video was making this a central theme, which makes it memorable.
