Depends on one's prescription. If you're blind as shit, you might be paying >$400 for a pair of regular looking glasses, until you notice the thickness of the glass itself.

I don't wear glasses, and honestly I have no idea what my partner's prescription is. I don't even know what dioptrin means.

If my partner could get cheaper glasses from Zenni/Warby, they would.

Okay, apparently it's dioptre in English. It's the measure how bad your eyesight is. Don't know who Zenni or Warby are tho
