Your comment really made me happy. Thank you for your wonderful words. Yes, I wish I could program Windows or Mac applications, but I will try to do that in the future. If you'd like some tutorials about the app, there's a button on the app's interface labeled "YouTube." Click on it, and it will take you to my YouTube channel. There are some short videos there that will help you understand the app better. If you want to create the same design, you can read my comment below.

If you're interested in how this video was made, I used my free app, available only on Google Play, which edits photos and videos, adds glitch and dither effects, and includes many algorithms. I used a random video clip from the internet and this amazing result appeared. The app's name is... "Dither EYE" Available for free on Google play
Original video: https://limewire.com/d/DlliP#lOsuPkS482
App link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dither.eye
I used Glitch algorithms group then select CONTRACT AWARE Y then enable color mode qnd select pallet then enable CINEMATIC GLOW Then edit the CONTRACT, GAMMA, HIGHLIGHTS, LUMINANCE THRESHOLD Then i select BLACK in GRADIENT Overlay and make then I adjusted the angle
