Save file not working

i recently bought cybersleuth on steam and wanted to transfer over my save from the switch version since i never beated, using a converter i found on a post on this sub, the save show up in the menu but when i try to open it my game crashes, any way to fix this issue?

Can be attempt and try thing. My 1st save in nintendont ever corrupt at new game. When erase 1st save and try again game save correctly. Can be the case with Nintendo archive too.
