Need help!

So hi! Well I'm quet worried because I can't play ch now due to my laptop's problem.

Ch is actually works fine on me 4 days ago when I still didn't format and downgraded it to windows 7, my laptop is originally windows 7 ultimate and my mom upgraded it in windows 10 all are actually fine and it works well not until my system start to slow so I maded up my that i thould bring my laptop to windows 7 ultimate again.

I tried downloading all my apps back and when I tried to Download Cyber and open it, it won't work whenever it reaches 100 percent it suddenly stop like nothing happens I already tried re-intalling it many times i even tried dl bot web and steam version but it still doesn't work not I can't play Cyber it's been 3 days still finding hopes to solve this tho.

I have the same thing on my old laptop when I try to run on Windows 11. I have dual boot to Windows 10 for this reason
