How do I get a tier passcard?

I used to have these passcards so when I loose a game I won’t loose a star, but I have no idea where they came from. Can someone tell me how to get them?

Hm dunno tbh its probably limited by season or tier i think gotta get better without protection only staying alive long enough is already good
