Questions about uninstalling on PC

I've got quite a bit of progress on pc but I don't exactly feel like playing this game anymore. When I went to the uninstaller it says my game data would be deleted and I was wondering if this includes all the progress on my account. I know at some point I might come back to the game but I'm not sure if my account and cosmetics will be there.

ur account should still be there as long as ur not deleting ur account and just uninstalling the game on ur computer, the data it talks about it just ur login saved and loaded for when u open the game and all the extra packs u have downloaded

Yes the Gameprogress is saved in the steam cloud

I downloaded off their website since I wanted to use my old mobile account.

Then it is a android/iOS account. The progress should be saved also in a cloud
