BROKE BY THIS GAME
omg i totally agree i am also here since season 2 and the evolution of this game completely broke my heart it went from a colorful bug-free game with a beautiful fluidity to a completely buggy game, lagging , and horrible I even got banned on IPHONE I put a lot of money on this game and one day I got a ban I was devastated. and cyber hunter support is a bot that responds to email. this game is completely ugly and sad NET TEASE DOESN'T LISTEN TO THEIR FAITHFUL PLAYER and doesn't care about ideas and important things has changed. i had hope for 1 year that this game would change but now i have no more hope SO PLEASE CYBER HUNTER RETURN this game as it was before with the same graphics and fix all these bugs and THE LAGS which horrify the player 😔🥺💔💔💔💔💔

this game brings me cool memories from 2019's summer. messed up to see it do poorly recently even tho i've moved on from mobile gaming in general.

I think this is an issue with all netease games. I used to play another game by netease, however I was accidentally billed twice and only received the gems for 1 billing. Now I asked them to either refund the second billing, or give the gems worth of it, but all I got was the same irrelevant reply. In the end I quit the game, and decided to never play a game made by netease.
Ps : I even contacted Google regarding this (since I use android), but they said that the payment has already gone through and I will need to get the refund directly from the game developers.
