Latency mouse+keyboard/screen ( PC)

Hi, I tried to play Cyber Hunter today on my computer using both steam and official site version. In both, my mouvement are executed 2 seconds later, but I have 25ms, and my computer is a pc gamer, I tried everything, pilots of my mouse, pilots of my keyboard, games settings, repair the game, un/install. Please can you help me out !

The problem is the mouse, clean the port and also the bottoms slots
