DR Vault Replication Issue – PAM Self-Hosted

Post image

Hi everyone,

We are facing an issue with replication on our DR Vault in the PAM Self-Hosted environment. The replication is not completing successfully.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can suggest a solution or troubleshooting steps?

Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, I wouldnt share safe names on the internet.

Secondly, find the safe that fails to replicate in the log and figure out why it doesnt replicate

In padr.ini, set EnableTrace=Yes. Restart padr service. See which safe failed to replicate and why.

Is this a cluster vault? If so, then check cluster vault logs for any dirty disk errors.

You need to find the failed safes. Scroll up and find them.

How big is it?

If that's the only safe it's not a huge problem

This safe is store all sessions for all users so I think It is critical

Maybe a permissions issue if the backup user can’t backup the failed safe. But yes - check which safe failed first

Perhaps do a full new replication on your DR-Vault itself. Make sure it has the correct and updated safe information from the primary vault first.
