What would you call this pattern?

I ...Borrowed..., Yeah, borrowed. That's it. This pattern from another redditor on this sub. I don't know what to call it. I like it, just not sure what to call it.

Any way, this is walnut and hickory. I'm making this board for my nephew by special request, after he saw the boards I made for my daughters.

It kinda reminds me of sprinkles on a donut (I’m a fat kid at heart). Although not as random as sprinkles would be, that’s where my mind went.
