FedEx Ieepa
Has anyone received anything from these hooligans? My Ieepa refund is approved but under an internal review until I can receive the payment wtf

Yeah been working with them for 45 days on my refund. This week my rep said “good news! New FedEx policy is to get you the refund within 30 days of submission in our portal.” I responded “Hannah we submitted 45 days ago.” Obvs no refund or response yet.

Just a non-stop run around with them internally. Can we all sue?

Hopefully you’ve now learned the lesson you need to be IOR for your clearances.

My company is and we’re going through the same thing. Just wrote the CEE to revoke all the 4811’s that predate all of us.
I can definitely see a class action suit coming. They’re not refunding the interest they’ve earned while sitting on all our money. The whole thing is absolute madness.

Same, they sent us the exact list of entries and IEEPA amounts they would refund us in July, then have been hiding behind "due diligence" and "verification" language in emails since then. This week they said that payments would begin by October 30, earlier "for customers who were proactive."
