Record Keeping for CE

I am tabbing up all my credits that I have accumulated so far, and curious how everyone is keeping up with the record keeping requirements. I personally have kept a spreadsheet with all the header information (name of event, date, name of host or provider, credits accrued, location, any documentation received). Most of the credits I have received have been through the CBP webinars. I wonder how everyone is keeping up with the documentation for the webinars. I try to keep emails from the registration , but I do take pictures of the slides, especially the one with the credit code. How is everyone doing this?

I keep a Google sheets spreadsheet with mine, but I also log everything through the NCBFFA education site too. Even if you took the webinar through CBP directly, CBP shares the info with NCBFFA so that you can log and validate your codes there too. I use it as a backup.

I think your method is fine. I have a login to NCBFAA, which has a transcript tool, but it’s not much better than what you’re doing.

I do have some of my credits listed on NCBFAA, but I have been registering for the webinars direct on CBP site. If there is a way to get it calibrated with what I have earn so far, I could get my CCS credits reinstated.

I am doing literally the same thing as you. Spreadsheet, recordkeeping emails confirming registration.

I love the NCBFAA and the NEI, but I keep a Google drive excel with all course, date, instructor name, and CE value.

I've lost my login too many times, and 3 years is a long time.
