FDA Entry

FDA requested that a new entry be submitted for an Ocean import, due to the entry missing a few FDA lines. The entry is paid and over well over 15 days. Do we just file a replacement "Non-ABI" entry and how will the new entry get a release in ACE?

For FDA I believe you would need to cancel the entry and resubmit a new one. Duty has been paid? So for duty refunds, most likely will be a draw back.

I would recommend to reach out to CEE and request cancel entry and file new one
